Offer open to actorsBUDDING actors can attend the regular meetings of Leigh Youth Theatre to make the most of their potential.
The classes, held every Tuesday, are at the Leigh Youth Centre in Elm Road, Leigh.

Book now for Summer School
Bookings are already flooding in for the Southend Summer School for
Performing Arts, which will take place at Southend High School for Girls, Southchurch
Boulevard from Monday 14th - Friday 18th August 2000.
The week long course, for young people aged 8 upwards, will encompass both the performing
and visual arts and will include music, drama, dance and art, circus skills, stage
make-up, magic skills and much more. All activities will be directed by experienced and
skilled tutors.
Now in its ninth successful year, this event is extremely popular and it is advisable to
book early to avoid disapointment. Application forms are available from local libraries

The Tutors at STAGECOACH SOUTHEND are a very experienced team offering tuition in Drama, Dance and Singing. The tuition is based on terms of lessons as opposed to booking lessons by the hour, so this would be the place for the really serious and committed who wish to train for a position within the Performing Arts.
