For the Love of Food at Create 98

The evening is all about entertaining and cooking a delicious dinner party for friends and family.

We will start with a cocktail and a few canapés, gathering together in the kitchen as I demonstrate seasonal and locally sourced dishes.  

I intend to cook foods from around the world; each month with a particular theme, highlighting the history, production and travel of special ingredients.

We will retire to the dining table to enjoy a main meal, followed by dessert and coffee.

Kick off will be 7:30pm and finish by 10pm.  Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements when you book and … oh yes- bring a bottle!
