This evening’s menu will be Crab & Avocado with Sesame Wafers and Grapefruit Dressing followed by Slow Roasted Shoulder of Pork with Pearl Barley and Sage Stuffing. To finish, Strawberry and Elderflower Trifle, all served with 5 English Wines.
