Introduction To Meditation

Meditation has many physical and mental benefits, helping you to relax, develop mindfulness, concentrate, integrate emotions and become wise. 'Introduction To Meditation' classes are held every Saturday from 12pm - 1pm at Shambhala Studios in Leigh-on-Sea. Beginners are welcome, and the cost is a suggested donation of approximately £3.
