Get ready for a day of sunshine, sand, and seaside adventure! Join us for a special Beach School Explorers Train Ride packed with fun, games, and discovery at the stunning Walton on the Naze.

Date: 29th or 30th July 2025

Departure Time: 9 am

Meeting Point: Chelmsford Train Station

Instructions

All children should wear suitable comfortable clothing and footwear which you are happy to get sandy or wet. Any specific clothing will be confirmed closer to the day, but may include anything from a sun hat, change of clothes, beach/water shoes and swimwear to wellies or raincoats.

Children need to bring a packed lunch (No nuts) and a refillable drink bottle.

Children must be able to carry their own belongings in a rucksack from Walton train station to the beach (8 min walk - 300 metres).

Sun cream must be applied before arrival. Travel sickness tablets to be taken beforehand
