A chance for children to explore the amazing benefits of Yoga.
Improving flexibility, stillness and calm as well as learning to see themselves and each other in a positive light in a friendly and fun environment.
Course commences on January 15th through to February 12th. Each session commences at 4:30 in Studio 2.
