From a simple idea to a welcoming studio in Essex.
For Heidi Maguire, it started with a passion for creating a more personal and enjoyable approach to movement. Over time, that idea grew into a warm and welcoming studio where people can step away from the everyday and focus on themselves.
The vision was simple: to create a studio that felt less like a traditional gym and more like a boutique hotel; warm, welcoming, tactile and quietly luxurious. Somewhere that feels considered and comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.
The studio itself has been designed down to the last detail. Brushed copper, warm lighting, limewash walls, calming colours and soft golden-hour light all work together to create a space that feels relaxed and inviting. Nothing feels clinical or overly polished; every detail has been chosen with intention.
It’s not simply a place to exercise. It’s somewhere to take time for yourself, move well and enjoy an experience that feels a little different from the everyday.
