New social club for leigh mid-lifers - welcome to the Tuesday Club

The Tuesday Club is a brand new social club, aimed at Leigh-based mid-lifers, and its first social and launch event is taking place on Tuesday 24th Feb.

The social is taking place at the independent book store and cafe/bar, Read-on-Sea, on Leigh Broadway, with doors opening from 6.15pm. The launch is also supported by local independent businesses Hot Drop and Mrs Barnes Bakery, who will be providing tasty free samples to everyone who attends.

During the event, people can find out more about Tuesday Club, meet fellow potential members, and enjoy some "organised fun" - something which will always be at the heart of the club's regular events.

In fact, Tuesday Club pitches itself as "organised fun for the adulting era", and is there to take the stress out of socialising for those who are in the throes of mid-life. Members can take part in regular socials that focus around games, quizzes, workshops, talks and activities, and showcase the huge range of venues, independent businesses and quirky activities that Leigh has to offer.

As the venue has a limited capacity, those wishing to attend are asked to register to secure a space. You can do this here:
