Southend’s first ever international light festival in February commemorates its newly awarded city status.
A dazzling array of large-scale interactive light installations will pop up in and around the town centre and seafront over three nights during February. The free festival offers residents and visitors the opportunity to view Southend in a new light and experience artworks from around the world.
