I also offer Somatic Deep Rest Meditation classes : a gentle yet deeply effective support for stress, burnout, and emotional wellbeing.

These sessions are designed to help you slow down and settle your nervous system through guided, body-based awareness. Rather than striving or trying to “clear the mind,” we practise the art of non-doing — allowing the body to soften and reset naturally.

Regular practice can help you:

Improve emotional clarity and resilience
