Find release from external pressures, habitual patterns and tension in the body with our meditation classes. By embracing the art of non-doing and developing the skill of deep rest, meditation can help you to feel more vibrantly alive.
Participants in our classes report an improved sense of well-being, with increased energy and physical health, clearer thinking and greater self-confidence among the many benefits.
Classes draw on The Realisation Process, developed by Judith Blackstone PhD after a career-ending injury led her on her own journey of physical and emotional healing. The group sessions are led by Louise Reader, a warm and empathetic teacher, and meditation can be done whilst seated.

Twice monthly on Sunday mornings at Leigh Community Centre (SS9 1SP) - 10 am to 11-30 am.
There will be a £15 charge for this class by either cash on the day, or by Bank Transfer. Spaces are limited, so please message me directly to book your space or if you have any questions
From June, there will be the option to join a monthly membership. For £50 per month, you’ll have access to all classes, offering a more consistent and supported way to practise
