‘BBQ ribs, chicken sliders, smoked brisket – can I have that vegan?’
Stoked was formed in January 2019 with the mission of bringing authentic American style BBQ veganized to the uk.
After traveling through the southern states of the U.S. founder Billy Reeve was inspired by traditional BBQ methods such as wood smoking, low n slow cooking and seasoning rubs. He set out to use these methods to shine a light on how delicious and versatile vegan food can be.
Dishes include oak smoked tempeh ribz, bbq chick’n sliders, pastrami Ruebens, seitan brisket, BBQ burnt ends, mac n cheeze, pit beans and more. Already having had sell out events at many local pubs, restaurants and festivals, Stoked is now proud to have a residency at the fantastic Gourmet Deli Co. which showcases the very best in local and regional produce. Needless to say we are stoked to be working with them...
The Stoked x Gourmet Deli Co. residency runs once a month over the weekend of the first Saturday of every month.
