Free parking across the Borough returns this festive season
Two roads and four pavements across the Borough are planned for repairs and resurfacing throughout November as the council continues its £10m highways investment programme for 2021/22.
Residents and businesses are being urged to take part in a public consultation on the Borough’s first parking strategy, which will shape the council’s approach to parking management in Southend-on-Sea for the next 10 years.
