With the cold nights now upon us, this gin hot toddy is the ultimate remedy to sip in front of the fire! I rustled it up using delicious cold filtered honey, made by Lodge Farm - a fantastic new producer based in Essex.

Leigh on Sea News - cocktail-recipes
I don't know about you but I'm definitely in need of this after all this hot weather! I've garnished it with Rainbow Laces, from our local sweetie shop Mr Simms!
This month I've taken a little twist on one of the all time great cocktails, the Mojito!
Finally the summer has arrived and safe to say I've been lapping up the rays!
I've made this month's cocktail using Maracuya - a fruit native to Colombia that grows in the Andes mountains. I've combined it with spiced rum, grapefruit liqueur, honey, lime and nutmeg, which all compliment it's sweet passion fruit flavour.
Hope everyone had a good Easter! Use up any leftover Creme Eggs with this eggcelent cocktail!
This month, I've been playing around with a few herbal teas and found that they go great in cocktails!
Mix one of these up for your love on Valentines Day and you're on to a winner!
Whoever said that only prosecco and champagne should be quaffed on New Years Eve is talking jibberish!
Carrying on with my festive themed cocktails, here's a seasonal variation of a tequila sour!
Take a break from all that Christmas shopping & rustle up this festive tipple!
For the first of the Christmas specials I've taken a little festive twist on the classic Clover Club cocktail.
If you've got a sweet tooth then this will go down a treat!
I'm going through a bit of a Sriracha Chili Sauce addiction right now, so I've used it for this devilish cocktail with a kick!
The leaves are falling off the trees and winter is coming, so I've taken that inspiration for this week's cocktail!
Halloween is just around the corner so I've created this wicked potion to celebrate!
Matcha Green Tea isn't just great if you're on a health kick, the flavour also works great in cocktails! Try this one at home if you fancy something different!
This week I've rustled up a fruity little spiced rum number. Its packed full of passion fruit, orange & pineapple flavours to replicate the classic Solero ice cream, and I've added a splash of grenadine for that nice sunset hue.
This week I've done a little twist on the classic Mint Julep cocktail. The addition of pineapple juice & vanilla syrup contrasts well with the dry & savoury smokiness of the bourbon for a fresh & appealing drink.
This week i'm keeping it classic with the legendary Grasshopper cocktail.
