Allow me to paint a picture, a majestic sunset, in the heart of the Chianti Hills, just outside Florence.  

Two men sip at the finest ruby nectar that Tuscanny has to offer. 

"Someone needs to bring this to Leigh."  

"Well, why don't you?"  

And as simple as that, 'Cellar' was born.  

I wouldn't go so far as to say that we have replicated all the splendour of wine country within the confines of our cosy little bar, but we've certainly done our utmost to ensure you can sample some of its finest flavours.  

Come take a seat at a barrel and enjoy the rustic ambience of the Cellar, while savouring a glass of your favourite tipple. Our knowledgeable staff can talk you through our "semi-permanent" wine list, with over 40 choices available.  

Our selection of specials will rotate and update regularly, and if wine isn't to your taste then perhaps our range of artisanal craft beers or specialist whisky, cognac, and port might tempt you.
