Question: Is it true that it is now possible to make a will by text message?
Answer: Definitely not! This was a discussion that took place in Australia a couple of years ago, but here in the UK we still have very strict rules for ensuring that a will is valid. And at the moment that is not in any electronic form. Old fashioned paper signatures in the presence of witnesses that must also follow strict formalities are the only way!
