Former Snooker Hall to Become Flats

July 5, 2017 by Leigh-on-Sea.com

Following the news of the proposal for the Grand Hotel falling through, a plan to convert a former snooker hall into flats has been marked for approval - subject to legal agreements between the developers and the council.

Riley’s Snooker Hall on Leigh Road has had several planning applications since it’s closure, with the latest bit looking set to proceed.

Developer APS Design Associates plan to demolish the hall and build 22 self-contained flats with balconies and terraces across five storeys.
