Frankie & Benny's Southend set to be sold
Frankie and Benny's, owned by The Restaurant Group, have put their premises in Southchurch, Southend up for sale.
TRG, who also own Chiquito have in total brought to the market 9 premises which include 6 Frankie & Banny's, 2 Chiquitos and 1 Filling Station.
The premises, that are being marketed by leading real estate advisor Savills, are being sold with existing planning and licensing consents meaning they could be reoccupied quickly.
