Question: Is it true that by leaving £1 in my will to my daughter who I fell out with years ago I will block her challenging my will?
Answer: In short, the answer is No. A will can be challenged in a number of different ways, but this would never be a defence to it. This sounds a complicated situation- I’m happy to discuss it with you privately if you would like.
