Leigh Vegetarian Bistro to Expand
Oak Tree Vegetarian Bistro have recently signed contracts to take over the whole of their building on Leigh Road.
The vegetarian restaurant, which also specialises in vegan cuisine, will begin the expansion to include a new kitchen, and double the seating capacity.
Along with a new look, a new menu is to be debuted after the refurbishment.
Great news for veggies and food fans alike!
