Man charged over stabbing in Southend
A man has been charged with ABH, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and possession of cannabis.
Ryan Tudor, 26 of Kilworth Avenue, Southend, will appear at Chelmsford Court today, September 26, after he stabbed a 19 year old man in the head on Monday evening.
The 19 year old victim was taken to hospital for treatment, but are not known to be life threatening.
