Missing woman found after Police and Coastguard search in Leigh
A woman who was reported missing in Leigh yesterday has been found safe and well.
Concerns were raised with Essex Police just after 8:30pm yesterday. Both HM Coastguard Crews from Canvey and Southend assisted in the search along the foreshore close to The Boatyard where the woman was last seen.
After an hour of scouring the area, both teams were instructed to stand down.
The woman was eventually found just after 12am this morning by Police.
