Most Expensive Streets in Leigh-on-Sea Revealed

The UK house price data has been revealed for 2019, is your house in one of the top ten streets in the area?

HM Land Registry publishes the following public datasets on GOV.UK as part of our commitment to the Government’s priorities of economic growth and data transparency.

The data is determined by the average price of properties sold on the street and the results are as follows:

With an average price of £1,290,000 across three sales, Warren Road came out on top followed by Cliff Parade at £965,000 for one property.

Eastwood Road was a close third with £953,750, while Marine Parade and Burnham Road round off the top five with £945,000 and £922,500 respectively.
