Murder investigation opened after fatal Southend stabbing
A murder investigation has been opened after a man was killed during a stabbing in Southend.
Witnesses reported a disturbance in Farringdon Service road, close to The Forum which police attended at around 9pm. Paramendics were also called to the scene, but the man, who has yet to be named, died shortly after their arrival.
The Forum is currently closed whilst forensice examination work is undertaken.
Essex Police are asking witnesses or anyone with CCTV to contact Rayleigh Major Investigations Team on 101 quoting incident 1258 of 14/05 or email scdappeals@essexpnn.police.uk
