Southend Airport launches new flight!

With the cold January air in full force, we’d much rather think about planning our next holiday… and you can now add Guernsey to your list as Southend airport launches new direct flights.

Flybe has confirmed the new seasonal service from Southend to Guernsey which will commence on 2nd May 2020. Flights will be available twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays and are available to book now!

Flybe’s Interim Chief Commercial Officer, Oli Byers, stated: “Flybe is pleased to step in to operate the London Southend service this summer. We are committed to maintaining regional connectivity for our Guernsey customers and especially look forward to welcoming them on board to share our journey as we become Virgin Connect.”

Glyn Jones, Chief Executive of Southend Airport, said: “We are delighted to welcome this new Flybe route serving Guernsey.”
