Stark - The Experience!

Having been seduced by their retro, chic surroundings, and owner Matt’s infectious passion for hair on my recent article visit to Stark , I decided it was time I practiced what I preached and experienced what this Chalkwell based salon, over looking the picturesque Ridge way, had to offer! ..and I wasn’t disappointed!

Walking into the light and airy Stark salon, I was immediately welcomed in a warm, personal and professional manner, as light acoustic music complimented that of the natural buzz that swept through the salon.

Once with matt himself, I had a detailed consultation about the current length, colour and style of my hair and what I wanted to achieve. With Summer behind us (dare I say it) Matt recommended a warming honey gold semi permanent colour, applied from mid head through to ends, leaving that all important root look and taking me effortlessly through the seasons from summer to autumn.

My once blunt, grown out fringe with lank longer hair was artistically transformed into a layered, fuller, edgier cut with extra creativity devoted to my fringe, culminating in a soft, smooth, sophisticated finish around the face!!

In summary would I recommend Stark - without a doubt!
