The Beach Club opens Easter Friday!
The Beach Club opens Easter Friday!
The Beach Club - the new marine activity centre to is opening in Southend on Good Friday! Housed in the former SMAC building on Eastern Esplanade the centre will open on Good Friday 25th March at 10am offering a huge range of water and land activities.
Over the Easter weekend there will be offering all sorts of fun for the whole family. Adrenaline junkies can get gnarly with plenty of powerboat and jet-ski activities, but if you fancy something a bit more chilled then you can float along the shoreline on a paddle board or go out as a group in a kayak.
We even cater for those not so keen on the surf, with loads of beach-based fun - perfect for the grommets who aren’t so confident in the water, we’ve got silver eggs buried all over the beach - find one and win prizes!
Masterminded by local businessmen Martin Swindon and Steve Hopper they are keen to turn The Beach Club into Southend’s premier water sports and marine activity centre. They’ve kept all the best elements of SMAC such as many of the former instructors who know water sports and the estuary inside out, but also brought in a whole new approach - to really make The Beach Club a destination centre to come and spend the day at. So why not try something new and get out there and enjoy the beach, the water and life in general!
If you’re looking for a way of entertaining the kids in a healthy and safe environment then come down to the Beach Club this Easter weekend.
