The Grand Latest - Freehold Secured!
After 4 years of negotiations, Businessman Mick Norcross took to Twitter yesterday to announce that the freehold interest of the The Grand had finally been secured!
It’s been a difficult, testing journey for Mick Norcross and his team over the last fews years with delays on works due to freehold negotiations and most recently, the return of the difficult to exterminate Japanese knotweed.
Mr Norcross, an experienced businessman and property developer, has invested heavily in the building showing his commitment to restore one of Leigh’s most iconic sites. Securing the freehold interest now means that once again, the future for The Grand looks bright and we wish Mr Norcross and his team every success!
