11 year old girl knocked down in Southend
A mum is appealing for witnesses after her daughter was knocked down by a van on Southchurch Road on Thursday 3rd May.
Eleven year old Lashai Rogers was knocked unconscious at the crossing near the Kursaal where the van hit her and drove off without stopping. The child was knocked unconscious and due to her immediate concerns, no details of the driver were taking down.
Police are hoping the driver will come forward to explain what happened and have also urged Ms Rice (Lashai's mother) to get in contact with any further information.
