Body of woman discovered

The body of a woman has been discovered in Marbella, near to where missing mum of two Rebecca Muldoon was last seen.

Spanish Police have yet to confirm an offiical identification on the body, but local sources believe it could be that of Rebecca. 

Mrs Muldoon, originally from Southend, went missing from her pent house flat in Marbella that she shared with her husband Paul and two children. Rebecca spent most of the evening on 1st January at the local police station after a domestic with her husband saw him arrested and remanded in custody. She declined to press charged and failed to attend a court summons a day after she was last seen where she was set to give evidence against her partner at a speedy trial. 

Rebecca's two children aged 8 and 11 are now back in the UK being looked after by their grandparents.
