Convicted Murderer faces extradition after crash death accusation

Ricky Percival who was jailed in December 2006 for the gangland style execution shooting of Dean Boshell could be extradited to Spain after being accused of killing a passenger in a car crash.

Percival, who is serving 3 concurrent life sentences in Kent with a minimum of 26 years, is accused of travelling to spain between 2002 - 2003 and crashing a car which killed another man. The extradition warrant list's one road safety offence and one count of causing death by dangerous driving.

He was set to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on Tuesday 3rd May but didn't show due to illness. 

The next court date is now set for 1st November.
