Aer Lingus Regional adds extra seats for rugby supporters

The extra seats are being added to meet the demand of rugby supporters flying to and from Dublin for the England versus Ireland RBS 6 Nations game on Sunday 10 February.

Aer Lingus Regional, operated by Aer Arann is adding extra seats to flights from London Southend to Dublin Airport on 9, 11 and 12 February 2013 to allow England rugby fans to go and cheer on their team.

The airline operates three daily return flights from London Southend to Dublin Airport.

Launched in May 2012, Aer Lingus Regional, operated by Aer Arann, has flown almost 50,000 passengers on this popular route.

Commenting, Simon Fagan, Chief Commercial Officer, Aer Arann said “We are always looking at ways to improve our customers’ experience by offering more choice, great value and further convenience. We are responding to increased demand by adding extra seats to the London Southend Airport to Dublin Airport route. This move will ensure choice for our customers flying to Dublin for the rugby.”
