It could be you!

I always try and make my blogs informative and hopefully interesting but sometimes the salesman in me just cant help shouting about a property I have taken onto the market. As I have said many times before I am extremely fortunate that I get to see some truly fabulous properties and because I see so many I very rarely get house envy. Every now and then though, I see a property that makes me go out a buy a lottery ticket, just in case.

This time it is a house in Warren Road, Leigh on Sea that has come to the market at £1,750,000. I actually sold it to the current owners a few years ago and at the time it was a nice house, a decent size but needed a bit of work. What the guys have done has far exceeded my expectations! They have turned the property into a stunning family house giving great thought to how a home functions and the attention to detail really shines through.

There is obviously the obligatory kitchen/family room where everybody ends up spending the majority of their time. This one is slightly different though, being enormous at 37’ x 22’ with a stunning bespoke Moyland fitted kitchen and huge triple panelled patio doors and windows on to the garden. There is also an extremely spacious formal lounge (to watch football in peace in) and a useful separate play room to the ground floor as well as the usual utility room, ground floor cloakroom and oversized garage for your pride and joy.

Upstairs the master bedroom of course has a dressing room and huge, luxury en suite as well as a Juliette balcony overlooking the garden and woods. The second bedroom is also huge and has its very own en suite bathroom for your other pride and joy. There are a total of 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to the first floor!

So what about guests that come to stay or those delightful sleepovers that the children have and stay up all night? Well on the top floor is the guest bedroom suite with a large bedroom, walk in wardrobe, en suite shower room and even its own snug/sitting room. You would never know they are even there or how much chocolate they are eating.

If even having the little darlings in the house is enough to bring you out in a sweat then never fear. There is a large timber built games room in the garden which is 34’8 x 22’ which has its own heating and power. You might want to make sure that this is for you only though as it has its own fitted bar and pool table.

Even the gardens are delightful being extremely well tended, backing directly on to Belfairs woods & golf course and being of a very good size, ample for that huge moving in party and marquee that you are bound to have.

All this within just a few minutes drive of Leigh station or the Broadway. For a couple of minutes you can get away from the hustle & bustle of The Broadway, not have to worry about where you are going to park the car and be in an idyllic and quiet location.
