An application for planning permission for the Grand Hotel on Leigh-on-Sea’s Broadway is now online.
The documents reveals that planning has been applied for a Basement Wine Bar and Health Club, Ground floor restaurants with terrace, and 19 self-contained flats on three floors, with a penthouse on the top.
This is the latest news since February when Mick Norcross secured the freehold to the building.
