Question: If someone who I have left a legacy in my will dies before me, do their children automatically get their share?
Answer: This will depend upon the wording in the will - there is no guarantee this will happen, and in some cases you wouldn't want it. So no definite answer, but one you can control when you write your will! Hope this helps.
