Lord Green Tours Essex Businesses and Hears How Local Exports are Helping to Boost The Nation’s Economy

During the morning he will tour two Rayleigh based businesses who export their products globally - Hidden Technology Systems International Ltd and John Anthony Signs.

Over lunch at the new Holiday Inn at London Southend Airport he will have a chance to meet and hear the views of Essex Chambers of Commerce members whose key trade lies in exporting.

After lunch he will take a tour of the recently redeveloped London Southend Airport in the company of Airport MD Alastair Welch.

Essex Chambers of Commerce Chief Executive Denise Rossiter says “We are delighted to be welcoming Lord Green to Essex and are looking forward to showing him how the flow of goods from the UK by companies across Essex is contributing enormously to the nation’s economy.”
