Proposal Granted to Build Flats on Leigh's London Road
A proposal has been granted to demolish the building at 1307 London Road, Leigh-on-Sea and erect a three storey building comprising of 16 self-contained flats on the first and second floor, with a retail unit on the ground floor.
Having been given the green light, the current building will be replaced, along with lay out parking, a bin store and alter vehicular access at 1307-1313 London Road.
The proposal divided opinion, much as with the proposals for the Grand Hotel on Leigh’s Broadway.
