New social club for leigh mid-lifers - welcome to the Tuesday Club

The Tuesday Club is a brand new social club for Leigh-on-Sea. It's aimed at mid-lifers based in Leigh and the surrounding areas, and promises to provide "organised fun for the adulting era".

The club is free to join, and will run regular socials that focus around games, quizzes, workshops, talks and activities. Socials will vary between evening meet ups, family friendly daytime socials, and outdoor activities suitable for canine companions too.

Founder Suzi is keen to work with as many local venues and businesses as possible, in order to showcase all the little gems that Leigh has to offer. She is delighted to have the support of local independent businesses, Read on Sea, Hot Drop and Mrs Barnes Bakery, who are all contributing to the launch.

The Tuesday Club was created to help local people who are in the throes of mid-life, and whose social lives often get pushed to the bottom of the to-do list, by taking the stress out of socialising. "All the research, planning and organising is covered, so members simply sign up, turn up and get social", says Suzi. "It's also great for people who are new to the area, and/or those looking to widen their social circle".

Suzi is a life-long Leigh-on-sea local, and a self-confessed lover of organised fun. She believes that social get-togethers which centre around an activity or game can really break down barriers and help people build great connections - whether that's with new people or familiar friends.
