Our Picture of the Week is the person I feel most truly inspired by.
I have been honoured to know Arron since my first day in Reception and 10 years ago his life tragically changed when he broke his neck and back playing Rugby.
Working for the Police, married and with a lovely little girl Arron, well there is nobody else like Arron!
