Picture this!

Do you have an eye for a great picture? Want your picture distributed as a postcard? Southend Festival has announced details of a photo competition that will see the winning photos, as chosen by a panel of judges, printed onto postcards and distributed around the town during Southend Festival throughout June.

The competition, which is accepting entries until 5pm on Thursday 1 May, is asking people to send in their best and most inspiring photo(s) of Southend (that includes Leigh) that shows the town in a different light.  

Please email your photo(s), its title, using the caption (insert word here)-on-sea and the location where it was taken to festival@southessex.ac.uk.

Winners will be announced on the Southend Festival Facebook page.
