Spooky October Events at Leigh Community Centre

September 28, 2016 by Liam Jefferies

Over October half term, Leigh Community Centre will be hosting a series of events sure to delight, frighten and enlighten in equal measure.

On Monday 24th October things will be kicking off with the ‘Monsters from the Past’ event. For just £3 children can come along and learn all about Anglo-Saxon life whilst watching epic hero Beowulf tackle scary swap monsters and a dragon!

Following that on Tuesday 25th October there is the Halloween Arts & Crafts with the Art Ministry, featuring spooky sessions where the kids can get creative and flex their artistic flair.

Rounding things off on Friday 28th October there will be a plethora of exotic creatures; feathered, furry, scaly and slimy, for the kids to get up close with and meet, courtesy of J&C’s Party Pets Ltd.

So if you’re looking for something for the kids to do this half term, pop on down for some spooky fun.

Tickets will need to be purchased in advance, to reserve a space call 01702 477248 or email enquiries@leighcommunitycentre.com
