The Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town
The Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town
It has been one of London's most talked about cocktails bars for the past year, which kind of contradicts the initial element of secercy that it was orignally opened under, BUT, there is no denying, that if you want a bar with a little difference, or a story to tell, then this is the place to visit.
The underground bar naturally oozes a cool, relaxed, calm atmosphere, complimented with dimly lit lighting, high bar stools and lots of retro decor.
The cocktail menu offers anything from your more traditional drinks through to quirky in-house specials, with a small, yet pretty adventuerous food menu to wash it all down with including warm salted pretzels in a beer cheese dip (yum) to a cheese board.
Sounds like many a bar right? Well the 'experience' is the initial entry to the bar! Greeted by a member of staff, you will be asked to provide a password allowing you entry! IF you get it right, then you will be allowed in..... through a Smeg Fridge door that is!!! Yeap you heard us!!!!
