Ballroom Set Menu - Wednesday 14th & Thursday 15th June 2017


2 courses with a glass of wine £17.50
3 courses with glass of wine £19.95      

Starters
- Chef’s soup of the day with homemade bread and butter
- Royal classic prawn cocktail, Atlantic prawns, peeled crevette, Mary Rose dressing, baby gem  
- Ham hock and nectarine terrine, grape chutney and crostini    
- Crispy fried whitebait, garlic mayonnaise and Gentleman’s relish    

Mains
- Seared pork fillet with a whisky and apricot glaze, Moroccan spiced couscous, date jus, sage and almond sautéed broccoli  
- Mixed bean pâté stuffed courgette, couscous, roasted tomato and spinach sauce  (v)  
- Salmon Caesar salad, baby gem lettuce, croutons and parmesan  
- Fillet of Red Gunard, sweet potato, red chicory and stuffed red peppers    

Desserts
- Pimms and rose lemonade jelly with vanilla ice cream and cucumber and mint granita  
- Jack Daniels and fudge artic roll, chocolate sponge, chocolate sauce and honeycomb  
- Steamed sponge treacle pudding, vanilla crème Anglaise, baby toffee apple, blueberry and lemon drizzle  
- Selection of ice creams and sorbets
