News: Tragic accident passenger cautioned with possession 

A 17 year old boy who was a passenger in the car that saw two youths killed in Leigh has been cautioned for possession of cannabis. 

The youth, who cannot be named, was one of four people in a Ford Escort that crashed into another car on the 27th December.

The driver of the car has since appeared in court and been charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving without a license.

Post-mortems have been carried out on both Reigan, who was pronounced dead at the scene and Liam, who was rushed to hospital with a serious head injury. Provisional cause's of death have been ruled as Reigan passing from a torn aorta and Liam, 'raised intercranial pressure'.
