Legal Eagle Q&A: Dog Attacks
Question:I was walking in Library gardens and I saw a dog attack someone! I thought this was against the law?
Answer: It is against the law to allow a dog to be dangerously out of control and so this sort of incident should be reported to the police, and the dog owner is likely to be prosecuted.
