Jo-Jo Cranfield's Triathlon Success

Congratulations are in order for Westcliff para-athlete Jo-Jo Cranfield who pulled off a great achievement when she was placed third in the British Para-Triathlon held in Liverpool Docks. She had to compete in three categories - 750m swim, 20km cycling event and a 5km run to finish. Her home club, Rochford and District, have supported her throughout her career. The student, who is studying for a sports coaching degree at Loughborough University, is hoping to secure her place for the Paralympic Games in Rio in 2016. Jo-Jo has already represented Great Britain on two separate occasions at the Danish Open in Esjberg, Denmark. She was particularly delighted with her performance in the Para-Triathlon as it was her first ever complete triathlon. Jo-Jo is now in need of sponsorship to help her progress her career.
