A juicy weightloss secret...

Here is a juicy little recipe worth knowing about that boosts your metabalism and aids the fat burning process helping to shift those love handles and flabby tummies!

All you need is;

  • A handful of juicy lemons.
  • Raw Honey  (but any honey will do the trick)
  • Salt
  • An empty jam jar


Pickled Lemon Recipe

1. Simply pour salt over your lemons ensuring that they are lightly covered before give them a little scrub. Leave for a couple of minutes before rinsing.

2. Cut all your lemons into segments before placing into your jar (fill jar to the brim).

3. Then using the honey, pour generously over the lemons ensuring they are covered!. Then place lid on and refrigerate over night, for best results leave for a couple of days. 

4. Once prepared, add once spoonful of juice to a glass of water every morning and evening before food! And if feeling daring have a suck of that lemon or simple add to your drink!!!
