Kids Review: 'Coco'

February 13, 2018 by

If you haven't see it yet, then catching 'CoCo' this half term is definitely a must.

Set around the Mexican Day of the Dead, this film simultaneously pulls off both a life affirming and death obsessed act brought to life by 'Miguel' - a young boy who's obsession to become a musician takes him to a world of animation and the visitation of his past family.

A little 'different' to the traditional kids films that we have come to love, it is packed full of songs, jokes and thought provoking moments that kept us and the little one's engaged for the full 1 hour 49 minutes!

You can cacth Coco at various cinema's locally including Southend Odeon.
