Leigh-on-Sea shop open for business

It has been a tough few weeks for local businesses (big and small) who are currently bearing the brunt of the quarantine and reduced footfall. It is especially bad with the recent spate of good weather as business really should be booming. The end of the lockdown isn’t in sight yet and, with more and more people turning to online shopping, we’ve opened the Leigh shop to help deal with this lack of trade and give local businesses access to customers who are staying at home.

The service is designed so that people can make purchases from different businesses providing anything from food and drink to clothing and online classes. We hope that this is a way to get people together in spite of the social distancing laws and lack of local events. Businesses are promoted across our site, newsletter and social media.

We’re hoping that this will be of interest to local businesses and, if you or someone you know would like to participate, then you can contact us from this page. The set-up is done by us although you can update your listings, add vouchers and update your shipping costs.
