Skate Park Extension Started

Leigh-on-Sea Town Council are pleased to announce that the extension works to the Leigh Skate Park has now started.

The Council have worked closely with local skaters to come up with the design and were delighted and incredibly appreciative that Betong Parks donated their time to come up with a design to suit all wheeled sports.

Following the Council’s procurement process, local company Intex Properties Ltd will build and finish the skatepark extension. We were delighted to be awarded a grant by Enovert Community Trust which will enable the project to be completed in full now.

We look forward to opening the newly improved park later in the year.
